Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at dematlas.shop@gmail.com

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items within two weeks of receipt of your purchase. If any of these apply, please contact us at dematlas.shop@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items. You will be notified by email of the status of your return.
If your item was delivered to an international address, upon return approval, we will provide the appropriate return address for your item(s).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your return is If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. We will provide the shipping address and instructions to return your items.

Shipping
Within the US and Mexico, use the following return address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This address should be used for product returns only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Since we’re unable to guarantee receipt of your returned item, you may want to consider a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at dematlas.shop@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
